Judith Sekeramayi Foundation exists for prevention or relief of poverty in Greenwich by providing items and services to individuals in need to improve their quality of life.

Our Mission

We provide accommodation and services to homeless people in Greenwich.

Our Vision

To improve the quality of life of homeless people in Greenwich by aiming specifically:
  1. To reduce isolation and loneliness of homeless people
  2. To improve their mental health.
  3. To increase knowledge of the Community, support agencies and volunteers about homeless people’s needs.

To run Free laundry/ironing, meal delivery service, via drops to shelters and other accommodation where vulnerably-housed members are living.

Facilitate temporary accommodation for homeless people through linking providers and individual volunteer hosts; run errands: shopping, appointments and benefits for those without support network

Provide phone number to ring if they need support accessing food or medicine and therapy to help homeless people in self isolation to rebuild their lives

Inclusion4Homeless Project

Project exists to improve the quality of life of homeless people living in Greenwich by providing support to reduce their isolation to improve their mental health.

Produce and deliver food packs alongside essentials such as hygiene products, toiletries, basic medicines to vulnerable people

Promote homeless people active engagement on issues that impact their daily lives

Raise awareness and influence decision-makers of issues facing homeless people

Improve access to services for homeless people

Our activities will include

Recruit 15 volunteer befrienders-provide them with online training in mental health-coved 19 awareness.

Handing out emergency kits including masks, sanitisers and other hygiene essentials to homeless people self-isolating in temporary accommodation
